Return & Replacement Policy

  1. Eligibility

    • Returns and replacements are accepted within 48 hours only if the product is damaged during delivery or due to shipper error.

    • To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

  2. Shipping Charges

    • For replacement requests (except in case of damage), the buyer must cover the shipping cost.

    • If the product was damaged during delivery, Woodevoke will cover the shipping charges for the replacement.

  3. Replacement Process

    • Customers are required to return the first parcel before we dispatch a replacement item.

    • Once the original parcel is received and inspected, the replacement will be shipped promptly.
