Welcome to Woodevoke. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. About Us

Woodevoke is a handcrafted wood products brand based in Lahore, Pakistan. In these terms, "we," "us," and "our" mean Woodevoke.

2. Our Products

  • Each piece is handmade from natural wood, so grain, colour, and size can vary slightly from the photos. This is part of what makes every piece unique, and it is not a defect.
  • We try to show colours accurately, but they may look slightly different on your screen.

3. Orders & Pricing

  • All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
  • We may change prices or product details at any time without notice.
  • We may cancel or refuse an order if a product is out of stock, the price was listed incorrectly, or the order looks suspicious. If you've already paid, we'll refund that amount in full.

4. Custom Orders

Custom and made-to-order pieces are made to your specifications. Once production has started, a custom order can't be cancelled or changed.

5. Shipping

Delivery times are estimates. Delays caused by courier companies or events outside our control are not our responsibility. For full details, see our Shipping Policy.

6. Replacements

We do not offer returns or refunds. Items that arrive damaged or wrong can be replaced under our Refund Policy.

7. Your Information

We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Use of Our Website

Please don't misuse our website, for example by attempting fraud, hacking, or copying our content. All photos, text, and designs on this site belong to Woodevoke and may not be used without our permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

As far as the law allows, Woodevoke is not responsible for indirect losses that come from using our products or website. Our total responsibility for any order is limited to what you paid for it.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
